If a student is below 18 years of age, registration must be completed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


4. Registration

Students agree that:

Shreeja Learning Hub reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.


5. Course Admission

6. Fees & Payments

Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan.

Payments may be made through approved online payment gateways, UPI, bank transfer, debit card, credit card, or other authorized methods.

Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of training access.


7. Online Learning

Students participating in online training are responsible for maintaining:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • A compatible computer or mobile device.

  • Required software and system configurations.

  • Personal login credentials.

Technical issues on the student’s side shall not be the responsibility of Shreeja Learning Hub.


8. Classroom Training

Students attending classroom sessions agree to:

  • Respect trainers and fellow students.

  • Follow institute policies.

  • Avoid disruptive behaviour.

  • Use institute property responsibly.

The institute reserves the right to remove students engaging in misconduct.


9. Attendance

Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure successful course completion.

Students may be required to meet minimum attendance requirements for certification or placement assistance.


10. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, including:

  • Presentations

  • PDFs

  • Notes

  • Assignments

Students may not copy, distribute, record, reproduce, sell, upload, or share any training material without prior written permission.


11. Placement Assistance

Shreeja Learning Hub provides placement assistance to eligible students through resume support, interview preparation, and job opportunities shared by hiring partners.

Placement assistance does not constitute or guarantee employment, salary, interview calls, job offers, or selection by any employer.

Final hiring decisions are made solely by recruiting companies.


12. Certifications

Course completion certificates may be issued to students who satisfy applicable academic and administrative requirements.

Certain external certifications are offered by third-party certification providers and remain subject to their eligibility criteria and policies.


13. Acceptable Use
