Refund Policy

At Shreeja Learning Hub, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Institute-Initiated Cancellation

If Shreeja Learning Hub cancels a course or a student’s admission for any reason, the applicable course fee paid by the student will be refunded.

2. Student Cancellation Before Attending Classes

If a student has not attended even a single class of the enrolled batch, the student may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

• A processing fee of ₹2,000 will be deducted from the amount paid.
• If a Server ID has already been created for the student, the applicable Server ID charges will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
  4 month server 3000/-
  5 month server 4000/-
• The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

3. No Refund After Course Commencement

Once a student has attended one or more classes, the course fee shall become non-refundable.

4. Other Conditions

No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances other than those specifically mentioned in this Refund Policy.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
